Shipping Policy
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the order to receive a refund of the purchase price.
Returned items must be in perfect condition with no signs of use, unaltered, in their original packaging with labels and tags attached together with any accessories (certificate of authenticity and guarantee) and with the packaging intact.
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify MLP Srl within 14 days of the delivery date by contacting Customer Service at the following numbers:

From the date of notification, you will have another 14 days to return the item by shipping it to the address indicated on the return label.
If the return does not comply with our return policy, we will not be able to accept it. We will then resend the returned products without issuing a refund.
For personalized and Made to Order items, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order once it has been submitted. The sale of these products is considered final and no returns are possible.
Reimbursement
The refund of the amount spent depends on the payment method chosen during the purchase:
- payment via PayPal, the refund will be made directly via PayPal within 24 hours of the return acceptance confirmation email;
- If you pay by credit card, the refund will be credited only to the card used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your card issuer.
MLP Srl will refund the cost of the shipped goods within the legal deadline (14 days), only after receiving the goods and checking that all requirements have been met.
Refunds cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase and cannot be made by bank transfer.
The refund does not include the costs of transporting the goods for subsequent returns.
